I am a novice at building web pages, but I have a lot of information that
needs to be passed on to others. The web page was designed for use by
Netscape. It is designed off line with Word Perfect and filed as a DOS
Text file. It is viewed off line with Netscape and Explorer, then placed
on the Internet. However, once on the Internet, there are some differences.
For example the index page has three columns. Off line they fill the page
properly, but on line there are large gaps above and below some of the
columns. If anyone has knowledge of web building that can help in solving
this problem, I would appreciate their help. I have a lot to learn.
