Over the past 15 years we have provided many people with copies of our database. They know as we do that the files are not complete and not always totally accurate. The information is compiled from submissions from many people. We attempt to correct and merge files where we find errors.

Many people submit corrections and merges for us to make and we do so as soon as possible. We appreciate all help we are given. Up until now we have made the corrections, but have never indicated those corrections for others to see. Our latest volume has included all the changes. We will now post all changes between issues of the Database. Once the next issue is made these files will be removed from the web page. No index will be made on these files.
