1780, Marh 31 -- Wright, Mahlon, {25907} of New Hanover, Burlington Co.;
will of. Wife, Mary, all goods and two cows, and my house and two lots at the southeast corner of my plantation, joining my brother David's meadow. Rest of land to be sold. Son, Stacy, £100. Son, Joel, £50. Rest of estate to my children, Isaac, John, Stacy, Joel, Ann, Mary and Ruth. Executors-sons, John and Stacy, who are to sell my lands, except the 2 lots, and rights that are in Daniel Ellis' hands. Witnesses-John Bullock, Thomas Emley, Isaac Bullock. Proved Feb 9, 1786.

1781, April 19 -- Wright, Israel, {25803} of Burlington Co.; will of.
Wife, Alice, 1/3 the personal esate, and the house and lot in Bordentown. Daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah, 2/3 the personal estate, and, after the death of my widow, the said house and lot; also the plantation where I live, and the land I bought of Amos Taylor, when they are 18. Executor-friend, Joshua Foster. Witnesses-Charles Taylor, Thomas Moore, John Taylor. Proved Dec 20, 1781. Lib. 23, p. 157.

1781, Aug 06 -- Wright, Samuel, of Hanover, Burlington Co,; will of.
Son, John, 1/2 of my plantation where I live, it being the west part, and bounded by Robert Emley. Son, Caleb, the other 1/2, except 8 acres on the east side, over the road, and which the brick yard is on. Sons, John and Caleb, my land at South Run. Wife to have a riding chair and white horse, two coverlids, use of 1/2 the house for 6 months. Daughter, Mary Ridgway, £150 and Bible. Daughter, Rachel Shinn, £100. Sister, Rebecah Clap, £10. To Elizabeth Larkens, £10. Sons to have rest of estate. Executors-sons, John and Caleb. Witnesses - Michael Burrows, Thomas Earl, Jonathan Branson. Proved Nov 30, 1786. Lib. 28, p. 24.

1782, Nov 11 -- Wright, John, (son of Ezekiel) of Northampton, Burlington Co. Int. Adm'x-Hester Wright, widow of said John. Fellowbondsman-Daniel Gaskill; both of said place.

1783, Nov 17 -- Wright, William, of Trenton, Hunterdon Co.; will of. Lately belonging to the Continental Army. Brother, James Wright, late of Pennsylvania, all estate, which is at present 2 years pay in the army, and a right to 100 acres of land. If my brother, James, is not alive at my death, then I give my estate to my brothers, Alexander, Andrew and Thomas Wright, of Ireland. Executor-John Gaven. 1784, Nov 15 -- Wright, Jonathan, of Lower Alloways Creek, Salem Co., yeoman; will of.
Wife, Mary, use of plantation near Stow Creek, and 1/3 of personal estate. Son, Jonathan, all land and salt marsh in Lower Alloways Creek Township, near Stow Creek. Son, Moses, £25. Son, Joshua, £5. Daughter, Mary Wright, £25. Executors-son, Jonathan, and my wife, Mary. Witnesses-Samuel Davis, cordwainer, George Mitchel, Wade Barker. Proved Feb 20, 1785.

1785, May 26 -- Wright, David, of Mansfield, Burlington Co.; will of.
Son, William, the land where My dwelling stands, with a lot of woodland, lying on the south side of the great road, leading from Black Horse, joining lands of Daniel Hancock. To the children of my son, Abraham, deceased (being a son and daughter), all land on north side of said road. Daughter, Ann Wright, £50. William is to support his mother, Esther Wright. Wife, Esther, rest of estate. Executors-son, William, and friend, Thomas Bunting. Witnesses-Thomas Enoch, John Black, Henry Ridgway. Proved March 24, 1786.

1785, June 1 -- Daniel Gaskill requests to be released as security, which is granted.

1784, Sept 7 -- Wright, David, Sr., {25909} of New Hanover, Burlington Co.; will of.
Wife, Sarah, household goods and £40 yearly, to be paid by son Joshua. Son, Robert, plantation of 300 acres purchased of William Clarke in Upper Freehold, Monmouth Co.; he paying £400 for same. Daughter, Theodosia Craig, 260 acres, westermost side of tract purchased from Thomas Stevens in Monmouth Co., she paying £450 for same. Son, Aaron, remainder of Stevens' tract of 300 acres. Son, David, 360 acres in Nottingham Twsp., purchased of my sister, Rebeckah [Terry]. Daughter, Sarah Ivins, house and lot in Trenton, and 50 acres near Trenton in Hunterdon Co., both purchased of Nathan Wright; also lot in City of Burlington purchased of Thomas Emley. Daughter, Elizabeth Ridgway, £500. Son, Joshua, 200 acre plantation whereon I now live in New Hanover, he paying £500 for same and £40 yearly to his mother; also to provide for my son, Moses, as long as he lives. Residue (including sums to be paid by legatees), to be divided between my 7 children, viz: Robert, Theodosia, David, Aaron, Sarah, Elizabeth and Joshua. Executors-sons, David and Aaron. 1788, Aug 30 -- Wright, Mary, {11179} of Springfield, Burlington Co., widow; will of.
To my son, Jonathan Barton, plantation, whereon he now dwells in Mansfield township, purchased of the Executors of William Pancoast. To my 3 grandsons, Barzilla, John and David Barton, £2 each, when 21. To my grandson, Thomas Black, £10, and my gold buttons, when 21. Granddaughter, Mary Black, furniture, silver and wearing apparel. Rents and residue of estate to be equally divided between sons, Jonathan Barton and John Black. Executors-sons, Jonathan Barton and John Black. Witnesses-Caleb Newbold, William Newbold, Jr., and Mary Murry. Proved May 19, 1791. Lib. 32, p. 175; File 11415C.
