James and Ella had 1 son and 3 daughters

James had a brother Guy Courtright,
Ruthven, Palo Alto County, Iowa
and a sister Mrs Taylor, Indiana named in his obituary.
In 1890 James and Ella moved to Colorado (Greeley we think). In 1915 they moved to
Kimball, Ne
where he was a prominent resident until his death in 1933. He was a farmer.
On 09/28/1934, Ella May married
Mr A. B. Beard who was very prominent in Kimball and Banner
Counties.
They were divorced 12/09/1935.

Robert's parents were Samuel B Wright and wife Marie Louise Campbell. Sam was from
Plainfield,
Illinois and Louise was from Wisconsin. In 1970 they settled in Greeley,CO for life. Sam was
Mayor of
Greeley in 1891 and 1892. Sam was a nature lover and frequenter of the mountains. Every year
on his bday
October 5 he climbed Long's Peak, one of Colorado's highest at 14,256 feet. He did this every
year until age
80.
