• Is smoking allowed.
  NO!   Not in the studio.   Smoking is allowed on the porch, but ashtrays must be emptied and cleaned.
• What is the capacity of the rental.
  Preferrably four.   In addition to the queen size bed, the sofa opens up to a full size bed.   However, if more than four guests, provide your own bedding.
• Is there an extra charge for the bottle of wine from Hop Kiln Winery?"
  No, the bottle of wine is included upon renters' age verification.
• Is there an extra charge for using the kayaks?
  No, kayaks are for your enjoyment at your own risk.
• Is parking available?
  Yes, one space under the carport is available for your vehicle.   Additional parking available on the street approximately 200 feet from studio.
